DELIVERY

Orders are delivered Monday-Friday from 8.00am−6.00pm. You will receive tracking information once your order has been sent out for delivery.

Note: Fast Delivery is available only for UK mainland customers. Other destinations can take up to 3−4 working days.

The fast delivery costs £9.99.

RETURNS

Should you choose to return your product, you have 14 days in which to do so. Refund address details will be sent out with your order.

As well as your local post office there are many online courier companies that offer very competitive rates. Unfortunately we do not refund your postage costs. Please ensure you repack your parcel carefully to include your order details so that we know who to refund. All refunds take place as soon as we take back receipt of the order.
