Every return must be confirmed by email with Cosy Life, as any return that has not been confirmed will not be accepted.

International customers

International customers are responsible for paying any additional import duties, tariffs and taxes according to their countries’ customs laws and regulations. Sheeprug cannot be made liable and will not issue any refunds or compensations for import duties, taxes, and tariffs of any products purchased through our site, or products returned to us due to customers’ failure to pay any import-related taxes.

Delivery Times

Sheeprug delivers every day; however, custom-made products require additional time, so please allow up to five working days for UK and Europe deliveries and up to fourteen weeks for all other international orders. All our products are insured against loss and damages during transit.

Address details

A correct delivery address is required as Sheeprug will not be held responsible if products are delivered to an incorrect address. If the goods are returned to Sheeprug, an additional postage/freight charge will be applied to your order. Moreover, the insurance policy does not cover products sent to the wrong address.

Delivery times

Sheeprug’s delivery system requires that the recipient accepts and signs for the goods upon delivery.

Receipt of goods

Please open and check your order for any breakages and damages that might take place during the transit of the products. If the packaging presents signs of damage, note the time of delivery and any extra comments before signing for the parcel and ask the driver to take note of your remarks.

Unable to sign for the goods

  • The package will be returned to the local courier depot for pickup, or rescheduling of delivery.
  • An additional delivery charge may be applied for the redelivery of your goods, according to your local carrier.
  • Sheeprug will charge additional freight fees if your item is returned to us due to the failure of not accepting/claiming the delivery.
  • Sheeprug will not refund redelivery charges for items returned to us.
  • Sheeprug will not be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers, weather events, local customs, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Sheeprug cannot be held accountable for any damages, breakages, theft or loss caused by shipping couriers that have not been ordered by us.
